Lisa was born in Australia from Italian heritage and resides in Victoria.

Lisa studied Art at Chisholm Institute and completed an Advanced Certificated in Art & Design and an Associate Diploma of Visual Arts. After completing college, Momentum Greetings (John Sands) scanned a large selection of her floral watercolour works for greeting cards, sold throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Lisa is an organic painter using watercolour, inks, enamels, man-made and natural products to produce her art. Experimenting plays an important part in her work, encouraging the unexpected and forstering new discoveries. During the creative process Lisa fuses natural elements with salt as well as wax and latex for texture and resist effects.

Intense colour and texture are used to interpret the Australian environment and landscape, creating the image of a 'feeling' or 'experience' one can share. Colours are earthy and the textures add a tactile quality to the rich glazed surfaces.

Lisa is influenced by the Australian landscape and nature in general, being inspired by its beauty and spirit. She is constantly searching for new materials leading to new techniques which add refinement to established methods.

Lisa's works have previously been exhibited in Melbourne Art Galleries such as; Deslhan Galleries in Armidale, Greenaway Gallery in Camberwell and A Country Practice Gallery in Yarraville, as well as being exhibited with the 'Contemporary Women's Group' the 'Firestation Print Workshop', Mildure Regional Art Gallery and with various Art Societies in Victoria, Australia. Her original paintings are in private collections in France, Italy, Holland, Canada, Middle East, New Zealand, United States of America and throughout Australia.

The Blue Dot Gallery in Toronoto, Canada exhibited Lisa's paintings in the 'Road to Melbourne' Australian Art Exposition held in September 2005. Lisa visited the USA and Canada at the same time, seeking long term representation and personally supporting her selected artworks. Austrade organised an event at the exhibition opening. In November 2006 Lisa exhibited her paintings in Dubai, UAE as one of two female artists on a Trade Mission and in March 2007 she held a solo exhibition display in Singapore. Both were very well received with significant potential uncovered, many contacts made and good sales of both her originals and limited edition fine art high quality prints.

More recently, Lisa was invited to exhibit in New York at Agora Gallery which was a wonderful and successful experience. Lisa has exhibited at Black Cockatoo Gallery in far Nth Queensland and at Art Melbourne.
